This page explains what Auto Repair & Radiators LLC does with the information people give us. We are a repair shop, not a data company, and the honest summary is that we collect the least we can get away with and keep it in the shop.

What we collect
When you call, email or walk in, we write down what a repair order needs: your name, a phone number, sometimes an email address, the year, make, model and VIN of the vehicle, the mileage on the odometer, and a description of the problem. That is the entire list. We do not ask for a Social Security number, we do not ask for date of birth, and we do not run credit.
This website has no account system, no shopping cart, no checkout and no member area. Nothing is sold here and no payment is ever taken through this site. You cannot create a login, because there is nothing to log into.
Payment information
Payment happens at the counter when you pick up the vehicle. Card transactions are processed by the terminal our bank provides; the card number is handled by that processor and is never stored in our files, on a computer here, or on this website. Cash and debit are treated the same way — a receipt, and that is the end of it.
What we do with it
We use your contact information to reach you about your vehicle: telling you what the diagnosis was, approving the cost before we start, and letting you know the car is ready. We keep repair orders because Florida shops need service history — when a customer comes back two years later asking what coolant we used, the answer is in that file.
We do not sell, rent, trade or share customer information with anyone who wants to promote something to you. We are not part of a lead-generation network and we do not pass your name to other businesses. The only outside parties who ever see anything are the ones a repair requires: a parts supplier receiving a VIN so the right radiator arrives, our card processor, our accountant at tax time, and any authority acting under a valid legal order.
Cookies and tracking on this site
This site is static HTML. There is no analytics script, no third-party tracking pixel, no tracking cookie and no external embed on any page. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, timestamp, page requested — for security and troubleshooting, and those rotate out on the provider's normal schedule. Every visitor, human or automated, receives the identical page content at the identical address; the site does not change what it shows based on who is requesting it.
How long we keep records
Repair orders and invoices are kept for the period Florida tax and business record rules require, generally seven years. Casual inquiries that never became a repair — someone who called for a price and did not come in — get discarded when the notepad fills up.
Your choices
You can ask us what is in your file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete everything except the invoices we are legally required to retain. Call the shop or email service@estivy.shop and we will handle it within thirty days. You can also tell us not to call you about maintenance reminders and we will note it on the file.
Children
Our services are for vehicle owners and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a minor's information reached us by mistake, contact the shop and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
If the way we handle information changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated. There is no mailing list to notify, because we do not maintain one.
